The Special Dates section of the Contact Records is designed to help users keep track of the important dates for that Contact Record. These include:​

• Purchase Date

• Lease Date

• Sold Date

• Birthday

• Other

Action Plan Triggers

Special Dates are great to use for Action Plans to follow up with Owners of properties you’ve sold to. You can set up lengthy Action Plans that touch base with the owners annually, or as frequently as you like. Learn more about creating Action Plans HERE.
